Our landscape design process begins with an initial site consultation, where we take the time to learn about you and your project. This is an opportunity for you to share your ideas and aspirations for the space while we ask thoughtful questions to ensure we capture your vision and  equirements. During this session, we’ll outline our design approach, discuss the next steps, and offer our initial insights into the potential direction for your garden. Following the consultation, we will provide a Landscape Fee Proposal detailing the design process, project scope, and associated costs.

The concept package brings your garden design to life, showcasing the proposed layout, materials, and planting palette. It includes detailed plans and visual representations to clearly communicate the design vision. This is a collaborative, evolving document developed closely with our clients to ensure alignment with their needs and preferences. Once the design is finalised and approved, we move forward with the Documentation phase.

The Documentation package contains all the essential information needed for pricing and installing the project. It typically includes a landscape plan, planting plan, Furniture schedule. planting schedule, lighting plan, as well as detailed specifications. This document serves as the basis for tendering the project.

As the project's designer, Smokebush Studio is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding the integrity of the design throughout the construction/installation phase by overseeing the installation process and maintaining close communication with the contractor.
